Sketch design and budget costings
A basic design at an early stage, usually hand drawn, with a helpful idea of likely costs.
Planning applications
We have extensive experience of dealing with planners, especially in connection with caravan parks.
Visualisations of proposals
3D computer generated images and plans of a proposal can be useful tools in planning and sales.
Detailed design and costings
A comprehensive and accurate design usually (but not necessarily) drawn on computer with setting out information, service design, design details and accurate costings for each aspect of the project gathered into an easily comprehensible format.
Tender process
If the Client requires only the design/project management aspect of our service rather than the whole design/build package we will take the responsibilities of going out to tender on the client's behalf; analysis of the returned tenders; making recommendations to the client on receipt of prices; and appointing contractors after consultation with the client. Alternatively, LPD will negotiate with a contractor to bring a project to site and to completion at the right price and the right quality.
Project management
LPD can run a project for you through all the stages of construction to completion. Site supervision and cost control are an integral part of this service. CDM/Health and Safety are also important aspects we can look after.
Building design
A background in architecture means the design of smaller park buildings are well within our capabilities.
Landscape advice and planting
We continually work with Landscape Architects who we recommend and can bring in as part of our team.
Master planning
We have worked on the overall design of several Parks and will be pleased to offer ideas to help improve existing Parks and give structure to new ones.
